The Babbit Safety Wheel Conversion Kit is used to keep the chainwheel from falling in-case of the chainwheel coming loose from the mounting stem. The attached steel cabling system will hold the chainwheel in place until the chainwheel can be reattached back to the stem. This kit only fits Babbit chainwheels from #0 up to #5 size wheel.
