Bell & Gossett Type TCS & TCW Tank Heater Units In Stock

Bell & Gossett Type TCS & TCW Tank Heat Exchangers Bell & Gossett Type TCW & TCS Tank Heater units are furnished with cast iron heads, 3/4" O.D. copper tubes, steel tube sheets, steel collars, brass tube supports, tie rods and spacers. Also includes two (2) compressed fiber gaskets, nuts and bolts. Design pressures for the 4", 6" and 8" units are 150 psig and the 10", 12", 14" and 16" units is 125 psig. Standard units are furnished with ASME stamp.

Standard Copper (tubes), carbon steel (shell, tube sheet, baffles) Optional Brass (tubes, tube sheets, baffles), bronze (heads), stainless steel (tubes, tube sheets, heads, shells, baffles), 90/10 Cu-Ni (tubes)

Bell & Gossett Tank Heaters are 2 pass U-bend heat exchangers. Heads are furnished with tappings for steam, condensate, vacuum breaker and vent connections. Available in 3/4″ O.D. tube diameter. Heads on 3/4″ O.D. tube series only are also furnished with tappings for water connections. Type TCW head style for boiler water in tubes. Type TCS head style for steam in tubes.
