The Conbraco 21-150 and 21-151 Series Liquid Level Gauges are designed for accurate liquid level verification in a variety of industrial applications. These gauges offer several key features to ensure reliable performance:

• Automatic Ball Checks: Both models come standard with automatic ball checks to prevent fluid loss if the glass breaks, enhancing safety and reliability.
• Connection and Handle Options: They feature 1/2" NPT male pipe connections and are available with aluminum or plastic handwheels for ease of operation.
• Standard Gaskets: Equipped with EPDM gauge glass gaskets, with other gasket materials available upon request.
• Pressure and Temperature Ratings: Rated for 125 psig at 350°F and 300 psig at 100°F, making them suitable for various pressure and temperature conditions.
• Standard Drain Valve: Includes a 1/4" needle drain valve in the lower arm for convenient drainage.

Installation:

• Glass and Rods: Sold separately.
• Formulas for Glass and Rod Lengths:
  • Glass Length = (Center to Center Dimension) - 1-1/4"
  • Rod Length = (Glass Length) + 2"
• These gauges require two guard rods for proper installation.
